A Gift for a Friend
This piece was made as a birthday present for a great friend and wonderful person. It was inspired by her worldy travels as well as the purchase of a pretty epic Egyptian Bastet.
I continued the idea of the concertina pop up book as it needed to be something my friend could fit into her luggage plus I liked the idea of each page flowing into the next.
